Why Join the Club Right Away ?

We operate a strict queuing system - the first people registering in their chosen postcode areas will get priority to buy in new developments in that area.

When we send out a new property bulletin by email everyone registered for that postcode area will have 48 hours to register their interest. We will then allocate the properties available to members in priority according to when each interested member registered with us. Reservation deposits, often as little as £500, must be received within another 48 hours of us closing the list. Any properties where the deposit is not received in this time will be offered back to the next highest priority members.
